We are conducting Kung Fu class under the guidance of Sifu Naeem Ansari for the past 23 years. It’s being an art of self-defence, has many other benefits. Shaolin Kung Fu is renowned for fights, movements and gymnastics but is more known for the animal style, exclusive to Shaolin Kung Fu & weapons. It include increased flexibility, core strength, power, speed, concentration, stamina, quick reflexes and body control. The fitness achieved by martial arts exercises, although slower than its alternatives, has been long lasting.




Sifu Naeem Ansari ( 6th Star Black Belt), began training in the discipline of Kung-Fu at the young age of 18, he is now a veteran in the field with over 23 years of experience in both National and International scenarios. He has provided personal training to renowned individuals such as schools students, college etc

Sifu Naeem Ansari has expanded his teachings to incorporate modern and effective methods of self-defense and attack. Having conducted and organized several open fighting tournaments, self-defense camps and Kung-fu displays.

Grade :- 6th star (Daun) in Shaolin Kung-Fu.

Shaolin Kung Fu has more than hundreds of extant styles. Out of which the flexibility and balance skills are known as "childish skills", which have been classified into 18 postures and these are amongst the 100 which is shortlisted.

3rd dan in Goju-Reo Karate

Goju literally translated means hard/soft. “Go” means physical hardness and strength of character. “Ju” is the gentleness which flows from it. “Ryu” means style.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is the best way to enhance athletic ability by increasing cardiovascular efficiency and it improves sleep and to gain muscle tone and lose weight. It calms our mind too.

Kung Fu

Kung fu/Kungfu is a Chinese term referring to any study, learning, or practice that requires patience, energy, and time to complete, often used in the West to refer to Chinese martial arts.

In its original meaning, Kung Fu can refer to any discipline or skill achieved through hard work and practise, not necessarily martial arts.
